Orders and shipping
Orders within Malaysia ships between 2-3 working days.
Furniture and rugs typically ships within 4-8 weeks. Get in touch with us for more information.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping for all products except furniture and rugs, which are excluded due to their high shipping costs. Nevertheless, don't hesitate to reach out to us for a shipping estimate and further details. We are more than willing to engage in a discussion about the available shipping options and provide any additional information you may need.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If there are damage to the item, we’ll gladly accept a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Return shipping fee is borne by the receiver.
Exchanges are only available for Malaysia customers only.
